Do to aero loading in/out of corners, straightway speeds easy fix, with final drive /differential.  Compared to Suzuki Hayabusa.1300-1800.Suzuki.GSXR1000.Due to there powerband operating in 6k-14k range, anyone that has been utilizing them knows the consequences of over looking there hours on track can attest to the damage that can be done. 
      The other advantage which is very apparent. "Valkyrie is shaft drive", eliminating all issues pertaining to sprocket, chain, tensioner ,differential, and all other associated items  "I for one believes less is better" After all, the purpose to be at the race track is to be on it, 

      not in the pits or on the trailer.
